Official Terms: October Halloween Insurance Review Offer

1. The offer. Eligible people who complete a bundled insurance review with a licensed agent at Luna Family Insurance during the offer period receive a $50 Publix gift card. A bundled insurance review is a review of your home + auto coverage, or another insurance bundle.

2. Offer period. October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026 (11:59 PM Eastern Time).

3. No purchase necessary. You do not have to buy a policy, switch carriers, or pay anything to receive the gift card, and there is no obligation to switch. The gift card is provided after a completed bundled insurance review and is the same amount whether or not you buy a policy or switch. The only way to receive the gift card is to complete the review; there is no other entry method.

4. Who is eligible. Offer open to Florida residents who are 18 or older. Not available to current Allstate customers. Limit one $50 Publix gift card per person. You need your current policy pages (declarations pages) so we can complete the review. Void where prohibited.

5. How it works. (1) Book your review using the form on this page. We will contact you to schedule it. (2) Send your current policy (declarations) pages: upload them on the secure page we email you, reply to our email with photos or PDFs, or use the secure Canopy connect option if offered. (3) Complete your bundled insurance review with a licensed agent. (4) After the review is completed, we send a $50 Publix gift card to the contact information you gave us.

6. Verification. We may verify eligibility, including Florida residence, current-customer status, and household. Requests that are duplicate, incomplete, or contain false information are not eligible, and reviews that are not completed do not qualify.

7. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the $50 Publix gift card.

8. About the review. The review looks at your current coverage and may point out potential gaps and ways to explore savings. Savings are not guaranteed, and any pricing or coverage offered is subject to underwriting, eligibility, and availability. Insurance products are subject to terms, conditions, availability, and qualifications.

9. Contact and text messages. By submitting the form you agree that Luna Family Insurance may contact you by call, text, or email about your insurance review. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You also authorize us to review your current coverage and pull the standard reports needed for your review (such as driving history, prior insurance, and property information). No hard credit check.

11. Changes. We may change or end this offer, and may decline requests that do not meet these terms or appear fraudulent.
